The ninth US MONOPOLY Championship was held October 20 & 21, 1991 at the Regency Hotel in New York, New York. Gary Peters, who was the defending champion from 1987, successfully defended his title in a competition with the 4 regional champions. His prize included a trip to the 1992 World Championship in Berlin.
Regional championships were held prior to the US Championship to determine who would compete at the US Championship.
